Do you offer custom pieces?

Yes — we offer custom pendants and made-to-order designs. Submit your concept or inspiration via our custom inbox, and we’ll provide a quote and digital mockup. Custom orders typically take 4-8 weeks to produce and are final sale.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

We offer store credit or exchanges on non-custom items returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with original packaging. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll try our best to help make things right.

To keep your piece shining:

  • Use the included polishing cloth to clean gently

To clean rhodium-plated sterling silver, use a mild soap and warm water solution with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and ultrasonic cleaners, as they can damage the rhodium plating.

Regularly cleaning with a soft cloth and storing the jewelry in a soft pouch can help maintain its shine and prevent scratches. If the rhodium plating has worn off, consider having it replated by a jeweler.

Yes — all VVS moissanite used by Cherrie Lab will pass standard diamond testers due to their high thermal conductivity. Moissanite offers a nearly identical sparkle to diamonds at a fraction of the price.
